Who can I trust? Volume III
You have the power to control your own health and sound guidance may be able to play a supportive role. The goal is to not give so much credence to one professional that whatever they say is akin to scripture, but rather use some of their tactics to look at the evidence with your own critical eye.
Healthy eating is too expensive! Volume I
Eating a whole food plant-based meal can be expensive, however, it does not have to be. Let’s explore one option by researching an example recipe.
Can I eat well while traveling?
With some preparation, yes!
Before you leave:
A few days before you head out, make sure your meals are on point. Pack in a ton of color and fiber! Consider packing convenient snacks such as Lara bars. They have very few ingredients (as few as two) and, of course, they are made from whole plant foods. They also go well with apples or other fruits. If you prefer to prepare your own snacks, check out

Heart disease and stroke were the leading killers in the world in the year 2019 according to the WHO. Looks like preventing and reversing heart disease should be at the top of our list.
