Cinnamon

Hey, team.

Today we are taking a look at cinnamon. This plant is native to Sri Lanka, Malabar Coast, and Myanmar. You can obtain the spice from the bark of the evergreen tree. Once the bark is removed and dried it gives off that wonderfully sweet and aroma. This aroma is due to the oil which contains cinnamaldehyde. What a wonderful little bark! I sometimes wonder how things become so common. Who walked up to the bark and thought it looked or smelled appetizing and then followed through with trying it? Brave people! Enjoy clicking around!
