Cilantro

Hey, team.

Today we are diving into cilantro. This plant is actually coriander. I had no idea. If you didn’t know, now you know (that’s what the webpage said out loud when I read it). The leaves are what is known as cilantro. How cool!? It’s also called Chinese parsley. Cilantro is native to the Mediterranean and the Middle East. Cilantro’s dry seeds and fruits are sometimes used in English comfits. I had no idea what that was either! Enjoy clicking around!
