Today we are looking at bergamot. Bergamot is commonly used for fragrances. Bergamot is native to North America. It is also called Bee balm, or Oswego tea which was a tea used by the natives. The American colonists adopted this tea to “stick it” to the British. As many of us know, few things stand between an Englishperson and their tea.
