A simple side dish

Hi guys,

I hope you are well.  Here is something you can make in a relatively short amount of time.  This dish has tons of color and flavor.  This is just a base, substitute with desired alternatives.

  • Quinoa
    • 1 part quinoa 2 parts water
  • Kidney beans (cook until tender)
  • Green bell pepper
  • Sliced tomato
  • Sliced avocado
  • Green onion
  • Freshly blended salsa
    • Tomatoes
    • Garlic
    • Cilantro
    • Green onion
  • Suggested herbs and spices (to preferred taste) to throw on the kidney beans a quinoa
    • Ground cumin seed
    • Cayenne red pepper
    • Turmeric
    • Black pepper
    • Garlic powder
