Quinoa Bowl

You will need 2 pots, a single big bowl, strainer and some good music!  Soak quinoa (google search soaking chart) for a couple hours and then rinse in a strainer with cold water.

  • 1 cup quinoa, 2 cups water. cook until quinoa is soft
  • Cook black beans and kidney beans (no salt added)
  • Prep all fresh ingredients
    • Tomatoes
    • Cilantro
    • Green bell pepper
    • Green onion
    • Avocado
  • Seasonings
    • Cayenne red pepper
    • Turmeric
    • Curry Powder
    • Cumin
    • Garlic Powder
    • Black Pepper

Once again, this is just a template add spices, herbs, fresh peppers, whatever your heart desires!  Mix and enjoy!
