You will need 2 pots, a single big bowl, strainer and some good music! Soak quinoa (google search soaking chart) for a couple hours and then rinse in a strainer with cold water.
- 1 cup quinoa, 2 cups water. cook until quinoa is soft
- Cook black beans and kidney beans (no salt added)
- Prep all fresh ingredients
- Tomatoes
- Cilantro
- Green bell pepper
- Green onion
- Avocado
- Seasonings
- Cayenne red pepper
- Turmeric
- Curry Powder
- Cumin
- Garlic Powder
- Black Pepper
Once again, this is just a template add spices, herbs, fresh peppers, whatever your heart desires! Mix and enjoy!
