Hi all,
I just wanted to update my daily intake. As of now I drink only water until around 3pm-4pm everyday and eat buckwheat for my first meal. I’ll workout outside or at the Y and then won’t eat until 9pm-10pm which is now BLACK rice and BLACK beans (switched from kidney and jasmine rice). This fasting experiment has lead to some decent results in terms of body fat reduction without loss of muscle or motivation to train. I have been taking pictures since 2015 and will upload them at some point to show my progressions. In the meantime more recipes will be coming soon!
