Post fasted cardio AM meal

These meals are all about grains and fresh fruit!  Mix a bowl up and have some fun with it.  This particular bowl has raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, strawberries, watermelon, orange slices and cantaloupe.  The oatmeal is cooked in water with one a generous amount of peanut butter, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg.  After the oatmeal is cooked I usually add a banana however, add any fruit and/or nuts and seeds desired.  Like always, play with the recipe until you find what works for you but consider leaving out oil, flour, added sugars, added salt and animal products. Enjoy!
