(Plant Based) Strength

This lifestyle can provide strength increases.  (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DMQ6UMyaQ0E https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gjB9gbTzjYA).  My path has lead me to trying weight added calisthenics.  Dips were on August 3rd, 2016 and pull-ups August 17th, 2016.

My newest attempt was a one rep max (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LqlgU7zTfZs) February 8th, 2017, this is a new personal record.  Getting stronger and leaner all while maintaining nutritional discipline.  I have found the recovery time is exceptional both from workouts and minor injury and energy levels are up.
